"Free Online Video Downloader Plus" is a Chrome extension. The free version includes a limited number of downloads; unlocking unlimited downloads is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — you are charged once and it applies for as long as you keep the extension installed on that browser.
You agree to pay the price shown on the pricing page at the time of checkout. Payment is processed by Creem, our merchant of record; Creem handles your payment details, receipt, and billing support.
Unlocking is linked to an anonymous device identifier stored locally in that browser install — we don't use accounts or logins. If you uninstall the extension, reset your browser profile, or switch to a different browser or device, the unlock does not carry over automatically and you would need to purchase again. Please keep this in mind before requesting a refund for a "lost" unlock after reinstalling.
Refund requests are handled per Creem's standard refund policy. Contact support@teklp.com with your Creem receipt if you have an issue with your purchase.
The extension helps you download publicly accessible video content from supported sites for your own personal use. Site layouts and APIs change over time and may occasionally break download support on a given site; we fix these as we become aware of them, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted support for every site at every time. The extension is provided "as is."
